Lucky Star Galay 3 is a 3d CGI animated short film with few live action segments intertwined in the narrative. The film follows Ethan and Cam are long-time long-distance friend who connect in the shared video game world of “Lucky Star Galaxy” The two experience frustration in their current state of their lives and vent that out to each other in very contrasting ways. This leads to the downfall of their relationship with each other and the relationship they have with the video game world.

Lucky Star Galaxy 3 is an ode to late night gaming from childhood days recognising nostalgia whilst also maintaining the idea that people need to move on with their lives and change. This idea is also reflected in the films contrasting themes of technology and nature often posed in juxtaposition.
